In January 2025, I had a massive heart attack and 12 cardiac arrests. I was fortunate that I was in the hospital when I went into cardiac arrest because it helped increase my chance of survival. Those who have cardiac arrest outside the hospital aren't always as fortunate. 

9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital don’t survive. Most of the time, it’s because no one nearby performed CPR. But together, we can change that.
