In February 2023, I found myself in the hospital with a heart event. I was only 45 years old, living an active life, and regularly exercising. The shock turned into fear as I began researching SCAD and not finding many answers. Today I am well and taking care of myself, but always with an uncertainty regarding my heart. More research and more studies are needed! Please help!
