Family and friends-
Participating in the Heart Walk is profoundly meaningful to me because I am a stroke survivor. Experiencing a stroke at just 25 completely shifted my perspective on life, and made me truly appreciate the importance of heart and brain health. The unwavering support from my loved ones and incredible healthcare team guided me through recovery, but I have also learned that ongoing research, education, and awareness are absolutely essential for saving lives and giving hope to others facing similar challenges.
The Heart Walk is a chance for me to give back and advocate for those affected by stroke and heart disease. Every step I take honors my own journey to recovery, the resilience it required, and the strength found along the way. This year, I am inviting my friends, family, and supporters to join me in making a difference by donating at least $25 to my Heart Walk page. Every contribution, big or small, brings us closer to preventing strokes and heart disease, and a gift of $25 or more will accelerate progress for countless lives. Your generosity not only supports me, but it inspires hope and healing for so many others. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for supporting my journey and for standing with me in the fight for a healthier future for all.
