2026 Kansas City Heart & Stroke Walk
Basic Life Support Training Academy
At Basic Life Support Training Academy, our mission is to help people feel confident and prepared to respond when every second matters.
CPR and emergency response are not just classes we teach. They are the reason our organization exists. Each year, we train individuals, schools, healthcare teams, businesses, and community organizations throughout the Kansas City region in CPR, AED, First Aid, and lifesaving emergency response skills.
We know how quickly a normal day can become a life threatening emergency. In those moments, the person standing nearby may be the one who makes the difference. That is why we believe everyone deserves the knowledge, confidence, and hands on training to step in and help.
We are proud to participate in the 2026 Kansas City Heart & Stroke Walk because heart disease, stroke, and cardiac arrest impact families and communities everywhere. By walking and raising funds, we are helping support lifesaving research, education, awareness, and prevention through the American Heart Association.
Our team is walking for every family affected by heart disease or stroke, every student we have trained, and every life that can be saved when someone nearby is prepared to act.
We would be honored to have you join our team or support our fundraising goal. Together, we can help create a stronger, healthier, and more prepared community.
Every beat matters. Every step counts.
