Our team is proud to honor Jack and raise funds in his memory. Jack lived with AFib his whole life, receiving a lifesaving heart transplant on February 25, 2019. For years, he conquered countless medical hurdles, always holding onto his signature humor and bright spirit.
Though we tragically lost Jack on February 14, 2026, his legacy of resilience lives on.
