My 6-year-old son, Benson, was born with a rare congenital heart defect called Double Inlet Left Ventricle (DILV). He has a quiet strength that amazes me every single day. By six years old, he has already been through three major heart surgeries. Watching him face each recovery with so much courage has shown me what true bravery looks like—he really is my superhero.

We walk for Benson, but we also walk for every child and family navigating the world of Congenital Heart Defects.
