For the 9th year in a row, I will be participating in the Heart Mini. If you know me, you know I am extremely passionate about many things especially, the American Heart Association. My family, like many, have been impacted by heart attacks, stroke and other cardiovasular complications. Without the work of the AHA, I may not have some of those people in my life.
