50th Anniversary of the Cincinnati Heart Mini-Marathon & Walk
Hudy's Heroes
February 4, 2026, was the day our world was completely flipped upside down. Our two year old son suffered a cardiac arrest during nap time. Thankfully, Mom was trained in CPR and was able to immediately begin resuscitation and keep him alive until the ambulance arrived.
Because of her training, the incredible work of our local EMTs, and the amazing team at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, our little dude is not only here he is THRIVING.
His story is a powerful reminder that you never know who, when, or why you may need to use CPR. But when that moment comes, knowing what to do can truly mean the difference between life and death.
Join us on our mission to get as many people trained in CPR as possible. You never know when those skills might save a life.
In a heartbeat, you could be the difference.
9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital don't survive. Most of the time, it's because no one nearby performed CPR. But together, we can change that.
Extraordinary things happen when people take action. A small step. A simple skill. A lifesaving moment. The Heart Mini brings communities together to create health and hope for every heartbeat. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more people trained in CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone.
Extraordinary starts with YOU. Join our team today or support by donating towards our fundraising goal.
