I walk because I have several heart patients in my family alone. My mother is currently waiting an open heart procedure to receive two new valves while undergoing a bypass for a blockage. She has a heart attack and stroke history. My son's PFO was not closed in infancy and is still open. PFO is a leading cause of stroke.
