I believe this is my 13th year participating in the Cincinnati AHA's Mini Heart Marathon and have rallied as the UC Health UCMC Radiology Team Captain for most. I started supporting this amazing cause in honor of my two Grandmothers, Geneva & Dorothy, who both suffered from strokes. In their names, I have raised thousands of dollars for the AHA Mini Heart and will continue to walk in support of those I love. This year, I will add my Dad, Gary Steffen, to the list of people for whom I walk.
With every step, I’m making a positive difference in someone’s life. When combined with a million other Heart Walk Heroes across the nation, we have an even greater IMPACT toward curing heart disease and stroke. Will you be a Heart Walk Hero with me?
