My name is Natalie Meyers. I was diagnosed with a heart defect called Ebstein’s Anomaly right after birth. I have Pulmonary Atrisha, HRHS (Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome) and many more conditions. I had surgery as a baby and the surgeons removed the right side of my heart completely because the two valves in the right chamber were not working and couldn’t be fixed. My heart was really enlarged for a baby and I could not breathe. I am now 25 and have only ever lived with half a heart.
