I was born with Congenital Heart Disease. Pulmonary Atresia with VSD (Tetrology of Fallot). I have had three open-heart surgeries (1987, 2002, 2014). My goal for fundraising is to bring more awareness to CHD and heart health in general. My hope is that more research can be done, so that infants can survive and live amazing lives. I was only given a week to live in 1985 and I've been able to do a lot of wonderful and amazing things. I want that for others. That's my reason for fundraising and walking.
