Logan's Heart Goes On
Unfortunately, this year my team and my "why" has a different purpose. Last year many Westsiders had their world flipped upside-down when a beloved heart stopped beating. Logan Purvis's heart beat for the last time on June 5th, 2021. Sadly he passed away due to an enlarged heart which only reflects the amount of love he expressed to the world. As a fellow Elder alumni, westsider and friend of his mother, I dedicate my team this year to Logan Purvis. May his heart still go on.
