Kicking it for the Kings
Kicking it for the Kings was formed by the Physician Outreach and Engagement team at CCHMC on behalf of our teammate, Lana Akers, to honor her parents - Lance and Anna King. Lance and Anna both passed away unexpectedly several weeks apart from heart related conditions. The Heart Walk is an incredible way to remember them and others who suffer from heart disease and stroke, but also raise funds for this great organization.
Heart disease is the No. 1 killer worldwide and stroke ranks second globally. Please join our team or donate today and help us change this statistic. Together we’ll help save lives (and have some fun while doing so)!
