I'm carrying the torch! Join me in supporting the American Heart Association!
This year will marked the 7th anniversary of a year without my Mom! My mom lived with heart disease for over 40 years. She lost this battle January 15, 2018. Each day without her has brought lessons and opportunities to be the person that she raised me to be! However my why this year became my dad who was diagnosed with Atrial fibrillation and coronary artery disease. He’s doing very well, but this new diagnosis has reaffirmed my commitment to raising funds for the AHA!
Its easy to get involved and fight this disease! Please join me so that others will benefit from the research and awareness that this event creates!
I'm not just running or walking. I'm carrying the torch toward a world free from cardiovascular diseases and stroke. My participation in the Heart Mini-Marathon and Walk promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day. Imagine the impact if we reduce death and disability from cardiovascular diseases and stroke by 20 percent by 2020. Please help me reach this lifesaving goal by donating today. Together, we can make healthier, longer lives possible for everyone.
Thank you in advance for your support!
