Working in health care, I have first-hand knowledge of the cardiovascular complications that Ohioans face. This year, I accepted the challenge to join the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk Executive Leadership Team to support Northwest Ohio’s effort to make an impact on heart disease and stroke. I chose to be a part of this movement because we care about the health of our community, employees, and we know the impact that the American Heart Association makes in our communities. In light of the COVID-19 public health crisis we are facing, I am even more committed to this movement. The AHA’s mission is more important than ever. We know that the 120 million Americans living with cardiovascular diseases are more likely to be impacted by the virus than others.
I would like to personally invite you to join this exclusive campaign I am participating in called Physicians with Heart and help us make an impact and get closer to our goal. I am asking you to participate by joining me in personally donating and/or fundraising to raise $1,000 for this year’s Heart Walk.
