I'm walking because heart disease has affected so many family members on my dad's side of the family- heart attacks, strokes, and other heart-related issues. We also walk for my sister-in-law who had a heart transplant after years of heart complications, and my brother-in-law, who had a massive heart attack a few years ago and a mini-stroke last year. We walk for ALL of them.
What will your donation do? I'm glad you asked. Every donation helps create big science, like science that created the artificial heart valve. The moment you contribute to the Heart Walk, you are contributing to, witnessing, and progressing lifesaving science. Lives can't be saved without you. Will you donate today?
