I was down for close to 16 minutes. My husband started CPR and kept going until help arrived.
I have many heros that got me through my cardiac arrest and brought me back to my family. The support I've received from the AHA, my home town hospital and ambulance service, Mercy One, family and friends through my "heart" journey has been instrumental in my recovery!
