I walk because I have a sweet and energetic little girl that I want to watch grow up while I try to keep up :)
Heart health is so important and walking is a great exercise that can improve so many areas - physically, mentally and even emotionally! I love and enjoy helping people and am excited to share my own story about how exercise & walking has improved my quality of life already and continues to do so, daily!
