Sam is why!
Sam was an energetic, outgoing, funloving and caring person. He had many friends and family that loved him so very much. He always went out of his way to help others without ever expecting any recognition. So I am walking to give him this recognition!
It has been too long since we lost Sam to this devastating illness. Help us to continue to honor his memory by supporting the American Heart Association.
