Help me be a Heart Walk Hero!
Did you know that my mom went into heart failure after giving birth to me? This is a common but not well known complication that can happen. She got very sick and was in the hospital for many of the first days of my life. Thanks to the doctors and nurses she was able to recover and get home. The efforts of the AHA help make this possible. I walk each year for her and to thank them!
