Thanks for considering joining my team. A little about "my why"... My grandfather had coronary heart disease, which is damage or disease in the heart's major blood vessels. He was also born with a heart murmur. During his lifetime he had multiple surgeries, including open heart surgery, to manage these issues. He often wondered if he had more resources and information when he was younger, if the impact of some of the issues would have been minimized and the AHA is helping to provide just that!
