FAITH! (Fostering African-American Improvements in Total Health) was established by Dr. LaPrincess Brewer in 2008.  The mission of the FAITH! community steering committee is to support actionable research through this program to improve community health and ultimately address cardiovascular health disparities throughout Minnesota and within underserved African-American communities.
