The American Heart Association’s Heart Walk is one of the initiatives McCarthy supports to promote wellness at work and in our communities. We have all been impacted by cardiovascular disease and stroke in one way or another. The Heart Walk is not only a great way to promote health and wellness through physical activity but the fundraising component supports needed research, professional and public education, advocacy and community service programs to combat these diseases and help all Americans live longer, healthier lives.
