Vinny's Minis was started in Spring 2016 and has had an incredible following since. This year, with a renewed passion for preventing heart disease and raising awarenss, Vinny's Minis IS BACK!

The photo above depicts generations of family members affected by heart disease/stroke. Great grandparents, Nicola and Adelaide Cianchetta and their 12 pictured children: Nick, Joe, Ray, Al, Rich, Frank, William, Remus, Romulus, Linda, Lester, Philip, and some of their grand children. 

On March 19th, 2023 we're walking and running in their honor and memory. If you cannot participate in the event this year, I encourage you to do one of two things:

1) DONATE

or 

2) Learn Hands-Only CPR (https://cpr.heart.org/en/cpr-courses-and-kits/hands-only-cpr) it only takes two steps to save a life. Call 911 and press hard and fast in the center of the chest. If a bystander had been near my dad to provide CPR, Vincent and many others might still be here. This is a skill everyone should know and practice.
