Join us in celebrating the memory of Don Snyder, and in the fight against heart disease.
Don cared deeply about helping those around him and making the world a better place for future generations. He was involved in his community, and he gave back generously through various philanthropic efforts.
It's now our time to help the organization working to create a world free of heart disease in honor of Don.
