This is our first year doing this walk. Heart disease is the no. 1 killer and stroke ranks no. 5 in our nation. Heart disease takes a toll on everyone lives.

This year we are walking together - not only for our own health, but also in honor of Emma. She is a ray of sunshine and we miss her more and more everyday.

The Heart Walk is a time of celebration, inspiration and remembrance. It's also an event where people work together to support one single goal - to create a world free of heart disease and stroke.
