Hello! 9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital die. In most of those cases, bystander CPR was not performed. But we can change this.

As 2024 AHA Heart Walk Participants, we shared strories of our why, symptoms to look for with strokes and heart attacks, heart smart recipes and ways to listen to what your body is telling you!

Cardiac arrests happen at work, in homes, on athletic fields and in neighborhoods everywhere, and the readiness of our community can be the difference between life and death.

It's time to unite, take action, and save lives. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone.

This past year at NBS Commercial Interiors, we have had 3 teammates affected by heart conditions. We are thrilled they listened to their bodies, and their medical care teams, and they are with us today in our Team Journey for 2025!
