I Walk to Save Lives!

Heart disease is the #1 killer of Americans, taking more lives than all forms of cancer combined. Yet, heart disease is oftentimes preventable.  I have many WHYs. My father, my friends, my wife. All who have been touched by heart disease. Heart disease can impact anyone at any time.  It is important to recognize the signs and symptoms of heart disease and to act when something does not seem right. My goal is to raise awareness and help save and improve lives!

Together we walk to save lives!  To build awareness and raise donations for lifesaving research.  Let's build a community of lifesavers and make sure that at least one person from every household knows the lifesaving skill of Hands Only CPR!

We are walking together - not only for our own health, but also for yours. And for the health of our parents, our children, and our grandchildren.?

The Heart Walk is a time of celebration, joy, and inspiration. It is also an event where people work together to support one single goal - to create a world free of heart disease and stroke.?
