I walk for my bonus Dad Orlando "Early" Hernandez and my Brother Jacob Hernandez. My Brother Jacob passed on 7/28/22. Although, he had other issues the Heart was what gave in towards the end and we were never able properly say goodbye.
Like dieting we know our health issues and don't always take them seriously. Improving our lives can be as simple as taking a walk in our everyday lives.
