This year I am walking in the 2024 Denver Heart Walk in honor of my mother! Last year she was feeling short of breath and I knew right away she needed to get to the ER. She was taken into the ICU and given a pacemaker immediately to keep her heart beating!
I am so thankful for the research and education from the American Heart Association because it saved my mom's life!
