Blaize's short story to spread awareness:
Blaize was born with Congenital Heart Disease and has had a total of 3 heart surgeries with 2 being open heart surgery! During this time Blazie was hospitalizied from birth until almsot a year old. During our hospital stay many organizations including AHA helped in many ways so we are walking to show our appreciation. After being discharged from the hospital blazie started therapies evrey week and appoinments every month. She is now awaiting her 3rd open heart surgery while getting bigger and stronger everyday!
