This year, I?m walking for the American Heart Association with two very special reasons close to my heart.

First, I?m turning 30 this year! A new decade feels like the perfect time to set new goals, focus on my health, and commit to staying active. Walking is such a simple but powerful way to celebrate life and keep this heartbeat strong for years to come.

Second, I?m walking for my dad. Heart health has deeply touched our family, and this cause means so much to me. Supporting the AHA is a way for me to honor his journey and raise awareness so that more families can benefit from better research, care, and hope.
