This year, I'm proud to be leading the LBJ Leaders in Motion in the American Heart Association's Heart Walk. This cause is deeply personal to me, not just because of the incredible work we do every day at LBJ Hospital, but because heart disease touches so many lives – patients, colleagues, friends, and family.
I believe that every step we take in this walk is a step toward a healthier future for everyone. The funds we raise are more than just numbers – they help drive medical breakthroughs that save lives, like those of the patients we care for every day. I'm walking for them, for the people I love, and for the community that relies on us to make a difference.
