We are Ava Strong! Ava Jane is our 8 year old heart warrior!
At just 2 months old she was diagnosed with a rare heart condition called Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome. (WPW)
Ava has endured numerous cardiologist appointments since then. In 2024, a 7-hour long procedure that later resulted in a very traumatic med-flight to Houston for eternal bleeding. Which was then followed by another procedure & PICU stay.
Through all of her heart battles, Ava has remained strong & resilient. She has an amazing team of family & friends that are always by her side to encourage her.
We walk for Ava to remind her she is never alone!
