My family has experienced many losses to heart health related issues. My mother is my most recent why as she is a stroke survivor. We are grateful for her and all walk to ensure we never forget how fortunate we are for her. Eating healthier, staying active, and drinking plenty of water alone won't help others. I walk also because I know that with every step, I'm making a difference in someone's life.
