Please help me reach my goal today.
I have long been a proud supporter of the American Heart Association supporter, a Circle of Red member and Executive Leadership Team, but my commitment to this mission became deeply personal after a life-changing event in December 2016. That moment reshaped my life and ignited a renewed purpose-to turn tragedy into triumph.
Since then, I have dedicated myself to prevention, education, and advocacy, with a special focus on uplifting underserved communities. I believe in truly walking the walk and talking the talk. What we eat matters, but movement is just as critical. Regular physical activity helps reduce belly circumference, strengthens the heart, and improves overall health and together, diet and exercise can save lives.
For the past eight years, Tiffany's Heart Luncheon has served and educated our community, and now we're taking the mission a step further by walking together for heart health.
Did you know that 9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside of a hospital do not survive? In most of those cases, bystander CPR was not performed. This is a powerful reminder that knowledge, preparation, and action matter.
Cardiac arrests can happen anywhere-at work, at home, on athletic fields, and in our neighborhoods. The readiness of our community can be the difference between life and death.
Now is the time to unite, take action, and save lives. Every dollar donated helps train more people in lifesaving CPR, fuels critical research, and creates more second chances for families everywhere. Together, we can turn bystanders into lifesavers.
I walk to save lives.
