Every year, 9 out of 10 people who experience cardiac arrest outside of a hospital don’t survive—often because CPR isn’t started in time. But this doesn’t have to be the outcome.
Cardiac emergencies can happen anywhere: at work, at home, on the field, or in our own neighborhoods. When ordinary people are prepared to act, they can become the difference between life and death.
That’s why I’m walking in the Detroit Heart & Stroke Walk & 5K—to help build stronger, safer communities. Every dollar you donate helps train more people in lifesaving CPR, advances critical research, and creates more second chances for families everywhere.
Together, we can turn bystanders into lifesavers.
I walk to save lives. Please help me reach my goal today.
