Macks was born on September 6, 2013 with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) - half a heart.

Just three days later, he underwent his first open heart surgery. Since then, he’s faced multiple surgeries, challenges, and moments no child should have to go through.

And yet he keeps pushing forward.

This year, Macks is 12. That’s 12 years of strength, resilience, and continuing to defy the odds.

We walk to celebrate him.
We walk for every heart warrior.
And we walk to support the research and care that make stories like his possible.
