Skipping A Beat of Ayden
Skipping A Beat for Ayden walks in hopes to support the families of other cardiac partients like Ayden himself.
Against all odds Ayden's heart defect went undiagnosed in utero. He was sent home from the hospital with no word of a suspected heart condition, but 2 days later rushed to Children's Emergency Room where he was diagnosed with Transposition of the Great Arteries (TGA).
At just 5 days old he underwent open heart surgery and has thrived in life since then.
His family could not be more grateful for the research through the American Heart Association that contributed to his wellbeing.
