In April, I'll be participating in a Heart Walk in loving memory of my son, who passed away at just 14 months old from myocarditis. He brought so much light and love into our lives in such a short time. This walk is a way to honor his memory, raise awareness about heart disease in children, and support research that may help other families avoid this kind of loss.
