Heart health is deeply personal to me. I lost my grandpa at just 42 years old because of heart-related issues, and heart disease has continued to impact my family through genetic risks we still manage today.

That loss shaped how I think about my own health and the importance of paying attention early and not waiting until there’s a problem. It’s why heart health isn’t something I take lightly and why awareness matters so much to me.

Walking in the Heart Walk is my way of honoring my grandpa and helping spread awareness about how critical it is to take care of your heart for yourself, and for the people who love you.
