Why I Walk
Those who know me know this cause is deeply personal.
In April 2020, during the height of the pandemic in New York City, we lost my sister, Antonietta to cardiac arrest following COVID complications.
I walk in her memory.
I walk because no family should have to experience that kind of loss if it can be prevented.
And yes, I walk because every step matters. Every dollar raised helps fund groundbreaking research, lifesaving treatments, education, and prevention programs that give more families extra years, extra memories, and extra hugs.
Heart disease and stroke touch nearly all of us. Whether it's a parent, sibling, spouse, friend, coworker, or even ourselves, we all have a connection to this fight.
So I'm asking for your help.
Join my team. Donate if you can. Cheer us on. Share the cause.
We're building a fun group with a serious mission: saving lives, honoring loved ones, and making sure more people get to enjoy the moments that matter most.
And let's be honest... if we're going to spend a Saturday getting our steps in, we might as well save lives while we're at it. â¤ï¸ð‘
Please help us reach our goal and make a meaningful impact today.
For Antonietta. For our families. For healthier hearts. For more tomorrows.
