This year's event is especially meaningful to our organization, as SouthState's own Keaton Kainer is serving as the Event Chair of the Montgomery County Heart Walk. Together with the American Heart Association, we're committed to bringing our community together to support lifesaving research, education, advocacy, and healthier futures for families across Montgomery County.

Heart disease remains the leading cause of death in the United States, impacting families, friends, coworkers, and neighbors. By participating in the Heart Walk, we're helping fund critical research and programs that save lives every day.
