Heart disease is still the no. 1 killer and stroke ranks no. 5 in our nation. You could do something to change that.

We are walking together - not only for our own health, but also for yours. And for the health of our parents, our children, and our grandchildren.

Cohen is only 1, and suffers with a heart condition called {HLHS} hypo-plastic left heart syndrome. He has overcome two open heart surgeries, and numerous hospital stays but still has a long road ahead of him. He fights every single day like many children with heart conditions.
