This past November Randon woke up with chest pains and, after a trip to the ER and an emergency visit to the cath lab, it turned out he had had a massive heart attack. Even though we knew that heart disease is the no. 1 killer in the nation, it still was and unexpected and unwelcome surprise to everyone.

Thanks to the doctors and nurses at Lutheran and St. Joe's (and lots of hard work at home!) he's doing really well. We'll be walking in the American Heart Association Heart Walk in June and we would love your support in whatever way you can give it- donations, walking with us, or just cheering us on.
