My support of the Heart Walk promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day. This year I am also dedicating my efforts to the memory of five good friends and leaders in our church who we lost recently: Shirley Brown, Sue Fraim, Bernie McNickle, Kathy Thomas and Don Despain. All were great people and long time supporters of my participation in the Heart Walk.
