It's pretty simple. I work every day for this mission because of the people I love and the opportunity to spend time with them-like recently going to Italy with my daughter as she studied abroad. I work to help spread health education, increase access and improve health outcomes so others can do the same.
My dad was impacted by heart disease and because of American Heart funded research and science, I got an extra 20 years with him.
