On October 18th ? my birthday ? I?ll be walking in the American Heart Association Heart Walk, and I?d love for you to join me!

Heart disease and stroke have taken too many of our loved ones ? young and old. My husband, Allen, is a heart and stroke survivor, and this year my kids and I are walking with him and for him.
We walk in memory of those we?ve lost, in honor of those still fighting, and in hope for the hearts yet to be healed. ?
