2026 San Antonio Heart & Stroke Walk
Hit for the Heart
Every year, more than 350,000 people experience sudden cardiac arrest outside of a hospital in the United States, and nearly 90% do not survive. Immediate CPR and access to an AED can double or even triple a person's chance of survival. These numbers are unacceptable and together, we can help change them.
We are excited to host the 2nd Annual Hit for the Heart, a community and family-focused tennis and pickleball event benefiting the American Heart Association and dedicated to raising awareness around heart health, emergency response, and lifesaving education in our community.
This year's event will feature interactive lifesaving solution stations where attendees will receive hands-on CPR instruction from the American Heart Association using manikins. ZOLL Medical will also be onsite showcasing and demonstrating the latest lifesaving technologies including the Zenix cardiac monitor, AEDs, NXT mechanical CPR, ventilators, and the LifeVest.
Families and kids will also have the opportunity to explore an ambulance and fire truck onsite while learning more about the critical role first responders and early intervention play in saving lives.
Hit for the Heart is more than just an event it's an opportunity to bring our community together, raise awareness, educate families, and help save lives. Thank you for supporting the mission and helping us make an impact.
